The australian nurse Bonnie Ware worked for several years with people who had few weeks left of their lives. These 5 points are the most common regrets of the people who were dying:

1. I wish I had the courage to live a life more true to myself, not the life others expected me to live.

2. I wish I hadn’t worked that hard

3. I wish I had courage to express my feelings

4. I wish I had kept in touch with my friends

5. I wish I had allowed myself to be more happy
