My private little project this month has been to take it slow and reduce the stress level I’ve been having for a while. It was really hard at first, I am so used to doing something all the time, but these last couple of days I’m finally getting there and it feels SO GOOD! Listening to my body, relaxing when needed, just hanging out with the kids and going slow in general. I am starting to really enjoy it! Being present in the moment and appreciating the things around me.
Well, I know that I am privileged to be doing this. I have only had a few jobs booked, and can off course not go on like this for ever, but it has been worth it! I feel stronger and happier, and ready for a new challenge:-)
